Identify the Pest Before You Treat It
The right fix depends entirely on what you’re dealing with. Tiny flies around the soil surface are usually fungus gnats, not a plant disease. Clusters of small insects on new growth are typically aphids. If you’re not sure what you’re looking at yet, sticky traps help identify and monitor before you commit to a treatment, and a good sprayer or applicator makes whatever treatment you choose easier to apply evenly.
