- Correction Strategy: Keep it warm and away from cold windows and drafts, and never let it chill; remove damaged leaves once new growth resumes.
- Sap irritation (safety note):
- Cause & Symptoms: The sap contains calcium-oxalate crystals that can irritate skin and are toxic if chewed by pets or children.
- Correction Strategy: Wear gloves when pruning sensitive skin, wash after handling, and keep the plant away from pets and small children; this is a handling note, not a disease.

Arrowhead vine needs only gentle indoor tools: rubbing alcohol and horticultural or neem oil for mealybugs and scale, miticidal soap for spider mites, insecticidal soap for aphids and thrips, blue/yellow sticky traps, and Bti for fungus gnats.
