Plant / Seed – sowing in the spring to summer in sunny location keep the soil lightly moist, better to use sandy soil or something with good drainage also not too much hard soil / Vegetative reproduction – cutting start by cut peace of the stem better with top of the stems and let it heal for 2 weeks (might be more) after this plant it with support in shady location, after a while expose it slowly to sun.

No, but easier to start from plants
