Silver vase plant bloom problem well known because of treatment that it need but can provoke the bloom with ethylene, can use apple (rotten) banana peel put those fruit next to the plant and put it in plastic bag to let ethylene to be in the air after one week or two weeks need to take the plastic bag and it’s provoke bloom.
